Their homes look beautiful, but the construction is questionable. I’ve had a guest bedroom flood because they didn’t put a gasket in the bathtub, and I had a washer box leak behind the laundry room wall, which caused massive water damage. This was covered under warranty, but they didn’t honor the warranty. They are poor communicators, treat their contractors poorly, and I would not recommend buying a home from them. Never ever do business with this company. They scammed my dad off his investment. He tried calling and was told by someone that worked that there to not call back ever again
