This has been the 3rd or 4th time this year where I’ve visited this store with my partner and every time we’ve come in, no one greets us or asks us if we need help. It’s usually not that big of a deal for me but this last time there were a couple other shoppers and I saw that the staff were being very helpful to them but ignored us. We walked all the way to the back of the store and passed every team member working and still didn’t get a greeting or anything. Excellent customer service. I was helped by an employee (Elisa, I think), who helped me secure a coat I've been trying to find since November of last year, by having it shipped from another store a state away.
