Always a great experience at Madewell. Love their jeans, basics and sweaters. Always feel listened to and employees are super helpful, especially Nancy, Ashley, and Riley!
I mostly shop online but for jeans I went in store. I had a pair of Madewell jeans before and I knew I had to get another one from Madewell specially because of their lasting quality and fitting. They have jeans for all shapes & sizes which is a plus one for me! Caroline & Ashley really helped me in finding the right pair of jeans for me. They heard & understood my requirements and gave me options to choose from which wouldn't have been possible online. I would definitely be visiting the store again!
