I bought a house with Madeval cabinets. A house only 8 years old with a single grown adult living in it. The cabinets are in perfect condition except one thing.. all the trims are peeling. I reached out to Madeval who basically said well we only cover 5 years even after they sent a rep out to look at them and even he said wow I’ve never seen them do this before.. EVERY SINGLE ONE both high and low are peeling… I don’t think a high end cabinet company should start to have issues like this so soon or at all for that matter…
Madeval doesn’t just design for functionality but they get to know their customers like family. They helped us design and layout our home for how our family functions, how we live day to day. They thought of every detail. Helped us envision everything. Couldn’t be happier with our forever home. Highly recommend if you want your home design to be seamless and stress free!!
Madeval provides great service. They designed, delivered and installed all our cabinets for kitchen and bathrooms. Very professional. After 3 years I needed an alteration to one of the kitchen cabinets. They gave me a reasonable price and continued to provide white glove service. Highly recommend them for modern and contemporary design fittings. Great professional service by project manager and sales personnel including the owner.

Continue to have issues with the quality of product and service. There is absolutely no reason to use them. After repeated efforts to have me remove this negative review, they have sent a small outstanding balance to a bill collector. What's worse, is that they waived this amount for all of the inconvenience. Stay away! There are plenty of others. Lastly, I am aware of many others that have had issues with them. Just ask your installer what they think.
