I had a bad experience with a stylist that didn't know what she was doing. It seemed like she put an imaginary bowl to cut my hair. I had to ask the owner if the lady knew how to cut hair. So, the owner finished my haircut and still said that I was moving my head. I explained that I was telling the lady what she did wrong. Amazing people and amazing work! Everyone is so sweet and friendly they make you feel like family. They are all so talented and my hair turned out better than I could have imagined. I had my hair done by Rachel and she really knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back!
The day before Thanksgiving I decided to cut my 2 year old’s son. I couldn’t find an appointment and Rachel was able to fit us in. My son doesn’t do well with haircuts and I was anxious thinking he wasn’t going to have it. But thank god for Rachel, she was so patient and was so good with making him feel comfortable. I was so grateful. Also, Minerva was very helpful in helping my son stay calm. Thank you both so much I’m definitely going back in the near future
