Called numerous times,left messages, sent emails.no answer or no response
Dealing with Jorge was amazing. He went on vacation and I was passed off to Santos who is subpar at best. Would not deal with Santos anymore, my framer, my electrician, my HVAC all tried to reach out for information as the trusses were not lining up correctly. I had to spend some extra money for modification, but it worked. Madera did nothing to help.
