We had a really bad experience here yesterday. My partner and I have been here about 5 times total. We got to the restaurant and decided to dine in. We were given a table and menus. The waitress assigned to us was very young. She took our orders for coffee, brought us our drinks then took off. We also wanted to order food. 25 minutes went by, and she never returned to take our food order. She passed by us numerous times. I came for the live music, stayed for the yummy food (Mediterranean salad: they were generous with their kalamata olives), and made new friends! Delightful place. If they'd reduce plastic use, starting simply by only giving a plastic straw if a customer specifically requests it, Madelyn's would be even more wonderful! Highly recommend.
