Mattie. Was very clear in explaining the different options available to help relieve the pain.
All of the staff were very nice. Maddy knew her stuff and explained all the weird words from my MRI and put them in layman’s terms. Dr Sheppard came in and explained more of what they are thinking and planning on doing to help with the pain. Overall good experience. Great to have Maddy back in the office. She is always very attentive and explains things well. Great experience everytime meeting with Maddy.
