I briefly spoke with her on the phone but she called me back at a busy time. Tried calling her back the following day to set up an appointment but never got a response back. Found a different dentist the following day.
Dr. Ballard is by far the best dentist I've ever had. She is so gentle that my check ups are like meditation. I've been going to her for almost 30 years. Very knowledge with a bright and optimistic personality.
Excellent provider who makes patients feel at ease. Dr. Ballard is an especially good choice for folks who have had shameful or traumatic experiences with other dental procedures. I was unable to access a cleaning for years and she brought my smile back & sparkling! ✨
