As a funeral director I've ordered from Madelyn dozens times over the years. Their staff and products are always great. On one occasion I had a slightly defective product, and when I called the company they immediately replaced it, no questions asked. Great company.

I recently had a purchase from Madelyn Co and it wasn't exactly what I had needed. The Company went far above and beyond in assisting me with an error that was my doing. You don't find many businesses like this anymore. Highly Recommend Madelyn Co. and Gabrielle G. Thank You !!

As a crematory owner I only recommend Madelyn keepsakes for my customers. The quality of the products is unsurpassed. On one occasion I ruined the threading after inserting cremains, and Madelyn sent a new piece overnite, no questions asked. there are a lot of imitation keepsake jewelry manufacturers and believe me i have seen them all. Nothing beats Madelyn.,

I AM MORE THAN DISGUSTED WITH THE JEWELLERY THAT I HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED AND MORE DISGUSTED IN THE FACT THAT IS COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTS AND WORKMANSHIP..
