Got my nail done here with Bam and she was awesome. My nails came out amazing and Bam is such a fun person to chat with.
I really hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like I was mislead by the nail tech and didn’t come to a resolution at the salon. I came to get a mani pedi and left paying $250 for my service. At the start, the nail tech said it was going to be an extra $25 for french tip — fair. She did not mention anything about the cat eye being an added charged, only that if I picked more than two colors it would be an extra $10 — fair. I go to pay and I see I was charged $60 for cat eye. Whether I pop in on a Sunday morning or a Tuesday evening I’m always told they are fully booked; yet I go online and there are openings until close. What gives? My friends all have had good experiences, so your mileage may vary.
I wish I could give a better review as everyone was lovely. But unfortunately my experience with the longevity of my nails was poor. I got a builder gel manicure on my natural nails and in less than a week, one nail started lifting and completely came off in a week (like builder gel and all). It was incredibly inconvenient and embarrassing as I was on vacation (and not one where I was in the water constantly, so the nail shouldn’t have come off).
