I’m sorry to say but if I could give them no star at all and review I would have done that I did my hair with them 1 year ago it was great results ..it did not last 8 months as they promised ,but lasted 4 months and looked great. It took them about 3 hours to do it last time!! .However my daughter did it but wasn’t great results. Wish I could say great things about this place as I had a wonderful experience with the girls when I went to get my nanoplasty done, they are very kind and sweet but unfortunately the customer service skills are just not there. Very Disappointing! I went in for my 2nd Nano treatment earlier in the week. Unfortunately, after my first wash, it was evident the treatment did not work as my hair is still very much wavy and doesn't have the same smooth, silky feel from the first time I had treatment. I tried calling the following morning and the phone was saying it was turned off despite being during business hours, so I sent an email. Having recently found nanoplasty at my hair salon of 15 years in Cairns, I was hooked instantly. My hair is naturally thick and wavy but the back and crown area has a mind of its own and is quite curly. So when I moved to Brisbane, I needed to find another salon I could trust.
