I had a phone appointment with this provider. The phone call lasted only a couple minutes. She is not empathetic and she is very dismissive. I don’t think she reviewed my chart before answering my questions. It was a waste of time.
Super disappointed in my experience. Came here to echo what others said. I had my first physical with her and the appointment was rushed, no bedside manner, and didn’t listen to me. I wanted more tests for my blood work because of new symptoms I’m having and I had to go back and forth with her to request them. She was not listening to me and that’s a huge pet peeve as a woman when doctors write off our symptoms and do the least rather than listening and investigating. Similarly to how others feel. Very dismissive, almost belittling to your concerns. I’ve been dealing with issues for over a year and each time I go they’re never addressed. My experience with her has been so bad that I’m switching insurance.
Whole visit felt very rushed. Poor bedside manner. No empathy. Commented on things without knowing full health history. Very dismissive. Very unhelpful, will not be returning to see her again. I viewed the other poor reviews and against my better judgement decided to give her a try. Sometimes people have off days, the customer (patient) isn’t always right. But this was a terrible experience and a poor reflection of Kaiser.
Not helpful whatsoever. Went in with my husband to get carrier screening tests where she Informed me she can’t do them. My husband needed another type of blood test which she refused because the appointment was under my name. She printed out some infertility information for us after asking absolutely no questions.
