No one returns calls - PERIOD. Left 5 messages for Jasmine over a two week span to reschedule an appointment they’re office botched up last November
Very patient and caring. Dr. Russell listens and take her time. Very pleasant young lady.
She may be "the best" but she has zero bedside manner and the corporation she works for is impossible to deal with. I'm currently waiting for the biopsy results of the endoscopy she performed 10 days ago. When I tried calling her yesterday I discovered that her "local" number automatically connects to a call center out of state.
I have heard that Dr. Russell is the best, but I won't be finding this out anytime soon. I had an upcoming appt and cancelled. She might be amazing, but the process you have to go through to even get to the colonoscopy has been a nightmare. It almost feels like they might be just too entirely busy. I have been treated like a number for the last month or so, and WAY too many hands in the pot. After looking at the reviews, I see other people relate. In order to be amazing, you need your team to be more on top of it.
