For 2 decades, Madeline Matta has been our Best Insurance Agent Ever and a blessing who’s been there for us! As others have commented, she treats her customers like family. In my experience all insurance companies can be challenging to work with at times, but Madeline and her friendly staff sincerely care and will go the extra mile to help their customers. State Farm isn’t always the lowest cost, but price isn’t the only thing that matters. Madeline Matta personally provides the customer value.

Very poor customer service is an understatement here. My mother dealt with Madeline and has been a State Farm customer for many years without a single claim filed. After an unprecedented tornado came through Cleveland Ohio in August, it leveled many trees and as a result compromised the structural integrity of my parents roof. My mom filed a claim with Madeline to which she told my mother that she will not pay for a new roof as our roof is old.
