Dr. Giacalone, her medical assistants, the front desk, & all staff are amazing. I switched to this doctor for my third child & wished I had sooner. The front desk staff are welcoming & accommodating. Dr. Giacalone is so experienced, so relaxed, & open to hearing your ideas while also sharing her experience to figure out what’s best for your body. Her vibe is everything I need in a doctor. 10/10, NP Amanda M. And Dr. G are amazing and actually listen to you. And their nursing staff is top notch. What other office has nurses that will call you back with an answer to your question at 6:45 at night? This is an office with staff that cares about you as a human being and what you are going through. And even if they can’t help, the empathy they have is unmatched. I truly appreciate this Mercy team!
Booked a month in advance just to have my appointment cancelled 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Asked to be accommodated and seen by ANYONE else in the office and was told I’d have to wait another 2 WEEKS. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Will not be returning.
