I want to express the poor service today. Normally, they've been very friendly, but today I went to my dog's appointment for her vaccination, and the receptionist was in a very bad mood. She called the assistant to take my dog to an office, and my dog had an accident (poop). The vet assistant threw paper on the floor for me to pick it up and left the office. She didn't come back until I had cleaned up. I preferred to leave the place without paying attention to my dog.
