The Madeline center is the worst place to ever send a child for help because they only make things worse and then they lie as well.They are not professional at all at first I thought the Madeline was the place to send my children for the help they needed I was so terribly wrong. I work for The Madeline Centre and I love it. The place puts the best interest for the children first! I feel heard when expressing concerns to my supervisor. Everyone here seems to really be down to earth. Great place!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: It is with a heavy heart that I have to change my rating from five stars to only one for the Madeline Centre of Danville. It also comes at a time when we just pulled both of our children out of their services at the Madeline Centre. When I wrote my original review below, I highlighted that while there had been issues with the way the location was run and overseen, the therapists were the bright spot--which is why we kept dealing with the staff changes, the lack of follow ups by supervisors, the lack of proper paperwo... read more
While there have been some minor administrative hiccups during our son's and now our daughter's experiences--via telahelp, in-home and on-site sessions, one thing has always been very clear--the angels that work there are very dedicated to the children. Whatever they are paid is not enough (just like teachers) because as a society I don't think we value them as much as we should.
