Every nurse is amazing. The organization in this place is horrible. The receptionist is beyond rude. She is so snippy with not only me but other patients. I’ve needed simple tasks done for school and it’s been a huge headache to get what I need. Everything they have “mailed” never shows up. As someone who also works in healthcare this gives me the example of what not to be.
Had a 2:40 appointment. Got here at 2:20. Now its 3:45 and they've taken 3 people that came in after me. Enough said
