we have an embroidery shop and I always have a great experience with them, I can pick up same day. I usually have a better experience calling in my order vs ordering online. Really nice guy owns the charlotte branch
I placed an order online with their archaic ordering system that does not tell you the S&H cost when you checkout. You authorize them to charge the card later for S&H. I placed a wholesale order for $56 for the products and was then charged $73 for the prodcut. Then I was charged another $31 for the S&H. Over $100 for two spool of thread and a box of bobbins. That is absolutely insane! Will definitely not be ordering from them again.
The staff is the greatest here!
