I called today and spoke to Amanda on the phone with an issue I was having as far as a backing and she was super helpful! Every interaction I have with the crew is always willing and able to help. Thanks guys!!
Calls and says out of one color, my order arrives it is out of FOUR colors! And for a week now, no one responds to my inquires.
I had bad customer service... people here are always mad! Very misleading hours. The website says open at 8 am, but they don't open until 9 am and onko from 9 to noon, and they close for lunch and open from 1 to 3 pm... small businesses in Texas need better service and better hour for pickup! I ordered something, and I called after 10 days, and all I was told is that it may be sent out in the next day or so... it's the worst service I have seen in the last 25 years.

I’ve tried a lot of different threads over the years — some good, some not-so-good — but Madeira thread has really stood out. The color range is amazing. The Rayon thread has this beautiful sheen, while the Polyneon is a total workhorse — perfect for things that need to be extra durable. What I love most is how smoothly it runs through my machine.
