Good customer service
We spend a few thousand each year with Madiera. I'm sad to say that they don't stand behind their product like I would hope. We've recently run into an issue with a thread that we purchased 3 months ago. This spool has approx 1000 meters missing from the 5000...the thread texture has changed. It's coarse/gritty texture results in notchy feeding through its path down to the needle. It's also creating a false thread break prompt and poor image quality.
