I just left Madeira restaurant completely disappointed with the service sat there for over an hour for just a pasta and sauce, dish, bowl of soup, and the Portuguese steak. Order drinks it took over 20 minutes for just a drink. The sangria was horrible. The espresso martini was watered down just a very, very bad experience today and I probably wouldn’t have gave a bad if If the owner didn’t just try to brush me off.we didn’t even get to enjoy our dinner

I recently dined at Madeira Restaurant and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Two standout dishes for me were the pork with clams and the shrimp with garlic and wine dish both were absolutely delicious. The pork was tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the briny clams, and the shrimp had a rich, garlicky sauce with just the right amount of flavor. Disgusting!! From NB, MA. And hubby was in the area.. asked him to get me kale soup and a pop. He said I'll stop in E. Providence as it will be fesher!! NO No No!! NOT even edible!! The bread had a consistency of bricks!! Soup had nothing but chopped kale.. no veggies, no meat, plain kale in a base.. NEVER AGAIN!! I'll take older soup from my rooted place of home..

We had a party of 6. We waited an hour and a half for our main dishes and a pitcher of water ( mind you it’s tap water. You can taste the dirt) .Two of the orders were wrong. The rice tasted stale. The waiter seemed a bit confused also never came to check on us. I understand it’s Easter still no excuse. To top it off 2 people from our group have a very upset stomach and haven’t been able to get out of the bathroom since we got home less than hour after leaving.
