Located approximately 300 yards north of John's Pass, directly across from the entrance to the Village, Madeira Norte includes 60 individually owned vacation rentals, as well as a beachside pool and barbeque area. All condos have balconies, and you can choose between 2 bedroom,1.5 bath units and 2 bedroom, 2 bath units. The largest units can sleep up to 6 guests. Direct beachfront views, side beach views and Intracoastal Waterway views are all available.

If you’re basing your stay off of location, this is the place to be. But that is the ONLY pro! Cons: cockroaches in condo. A person came to spray the entire building during our stay. If you have kids, this is not the place for you. There are too many rules at the pool (which is VERY tiny). I have attached a picture of the pool rules. No one from the management company monitors the pool, which is great.
