I purchased an on-line shipping order on Sept 20 2017 and was promised right up until Dec that it was being shipped and I was patient then also promised additional product due to delay. Then told I was being refunded which of course, never happened. Then when going in the employee guaranteed would be credited by end of day and signed my receipt and promised Alicia Wishart would be in touch but of course, nothing has happened.
