If I could give zero stars I would. This place is literally a joke. The office was nasty and smelt bad. The “doctor” was unprofessional and denied me with no explanation. The way he charges is also a joke. This place needs to really be shut down. I would NEVER recommend Frank to anybody. It’s a waste of time!
We sat around here for over an hour waiting for these people to get back from lunch. We called the doctor who just sent us over there and they said they might be at lunch until 1:30. We finally walked next door and found out that they're just close for the holiday July 4th. Today is Friday June the 30th. I guess they just get a week off lol, bad review is because they didn't have the basic human decency to put a note on their door so we wouldn't waste our time sitting here over an hour. This was my first visit here. I thought the nurse was AMAZING. I spent an hour there answering questions with the nurse hoping to find a primary care physician. I spoke to the doctor for 3 minutes and he said he wouldn’t accept me as a patient. He wouldn’t even tell me the reason why. I really just needed a primary care doctor and a referral to a psychiatrist and we would do neither with no explanation. My husband and I received covid test from this business 2 weeks ago! My husband's came out negative, mine came out positive. I knew it was not true because I had covid so I know what it feels like. I know you can get it multiple times but I knew I did not have it. Mind you we paid $250 a piece! Way over priced! The same day I took 2 at home tests that came back negative!
