Went completely opposite of my pictures showed and cut my hair incredibly short
I did not attend the hair cuts my husband and son recieved today but we will not be back based on the expletive filled music they played. Not very professional. My son is 8 and doesn't need to hear that garbage. Most people working do not speak English but was able to convey the desired haircut fine enough. The haircut looks nice so its unfortunate that vulgar language is the reason to not return. I do not think kids hair cuts should be advertised at this establishment since f-bombs and other vulgar crap is loudly blasted.
received confirmation to come in for my haircut, and I made it there in 3 minutes flat. But when I arrived, I was told that they were no longer able to cut my hair, with no explanation given. This was a complete inconvenience and showed a lack of respect for my time. I would have appreciated a heads up before I rushed over.
