I don’t normally write reviews but Had to share this experience to warn others…On 9/1/21 I bought a Groupon voucher for 2 hours of cleaning services before my family came into town due to a hectic work schedule. Dana and Tom left our house spotless, were extremely nice, and worked around my family of 5 like they lived there. Also, there was a black ring stain on our stovetop since we moved in, but it is nowhere in sight! Will schedule again.

They never answer the phone or return calls. I have left numerous voicemails, including text messages and emails. Poor customer experience!

My seller client was in a pinch, exhausted after packing and moving, she needed help with a final cleaning. DANA was able to get out there quick to get it done and at a very fair price. I’ll definitely refer them again.

I was initially referred to the service by a friend. They failed to confirm the very 1st appointment and were over an hour late. They were unresponsive to text. The couple does good work. I had them complete some organizational task at the end of the service they charge me double what we had agreed upon. The couple request to be paid in cash. The receipts are never accurate. Skip it you get what you pay for.
