I had a horrible experience with Made Inn Vermont. My husband and I were given a gift certificate for $300 that expired (can you imagine a gift certificate with an expiration date?) during COVID. When I wrote to the proprietor about making a reservation and the expiration of the certificate, I was first told she had no record of the certificate, and asked me to scan it to her. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of being hosted by Taylor, as Linda was out of town. It was a wonderful stay! They were so accommodating and kind, I could have sat and talked for hours in the chic living room with Taylor. The kitchen had tons of little snacks to choose from and a little sitting area, but we chose to eat breakfast at the table in our room or in the cupola for a beautiful view. Amazing stay. Linda is a fantastic host, attentive, and has the widest snacks and drinks I've stayed in. House is very clean and centrally located. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long while!
