Linda’s review Just returned from Burlington, VT and stayed at Made INN Vermont. What a lovely experience. Linda (she owns the place and runs it from top to bottom) is fabulous. From the historical structure itself, to the daily breakfast (which I already miss) to the fun and interesting conversations with Linda, this place made our vacation super special. Also, it’s in a great location, close to everything and Linda knows all the best places to eat. Highly recommend!!

My husband, I and our best friends stayed with Linda as we leisurely discovered Burlington and the surrounding areas. We couldn't have been been in a better location. Linda, the owner, made sure we saw the best stops, including the Shelburne Museum and Country Store. Her advice for dining was magnificent and very helpful. The Inn had fabulous breakfasts and we could pick and choose what we liked each day. We became quite spoiled and well fed! There are so many amenities that you needn't look elsewhere. My second visit with Linda. She goes out of her way to make this a home away from home. We came up for UVM commencement and were really grateful to come back to the Inn and have some juice and water, fruit and snacks and a very comfortable bed to relax and regenerate in. When the sun came out I sat out on the back patio and Linda checked to see if I needed anything. She is VERY attentive to making her guests feel cared for.

I had a lovely, warm and welcoming stay at Made Inn Vermont. Linda and Fern were fabulous and very helpful hosts. I was staying in the area to attend a class at UVM and this place was exactly what I needed to feel at home before taking my first class in over 20 years. Linda was nice enough to make me a delicious breakfast! Yum! Nothing corporate about this place! My partner and I stayed here one night about a year ago and could not leave quickly enough. We were treated very strangely by the owner and were extremely uncomfortable, we nearly left the same night we arrived, but decided to stay since we paid. But we absolutely did not stay for breakfast because of how rude the owner had been to us the night before.
