Was interested in some shades for a few rooms at my home. So I contacted Made in the Shade Rockwall. Ann promptly set up an appointment. She came out and helped me with some Alta brand shades. Great product!! After installing them I found out I had a problem with one of the shades. I left 4 messages on have not received a phone call or message from them yet! I have used Made in the Shade twice and both times Diane has been amazing to work with. She was so helpful in giving me options and ideas. My first install was for 18” blackout vertical blinds with drapery fabric flanking my patio doors. I was so happy with the quality and end look that I used her again for my 2 upstairs bedrooms. I had natural weave blackout motorized shades installed on those windows and I love them!
