We first had our patio shade done and we were so happy with the outcome and the level of service that we decided to add a shade to the outdoor kitchen. Sherri and her team are amazing, always keeping us updated with the work and making sure that it is done with the highest level of quality.
Sheri and her team were simply amazing. First, the original consult was a pleasant experience. The team was friendly and professional. Secondly, I had 3 other bids and Made in the Shade's prices were by far the most reasonable. Third, the installation crew was amazing. We had a superb experience with Made in the Shade. Our salesperson Kassy did an excellent job helping us to choose the proper shade, and at a very reasonable price. The install team was efficient, polite and took time to explain the technical part of using automated roller shades. It's great having a local company for this service, and I highly recommend Made in the Shade for anybody looking for quality window coverings.
We purchased our home in October & hated the mismatched window coverings. We had a couple of companies come give us estimates but the estimates for what we wanted (shutters) was really high. We decided we might need to just get regular blinds or curtains to cut the cost. The other companies said it's different measurements & they would need to come back out. We love our shades!! Sheri is so welcoming and professional. She helped us pick everything and it looks so great! We ordered a particular shade that the manufacturer mismade. When it was installed, her installer told us it needed to be fixed. Sheri immediately took it on herself to get it fixed. She worked with the manufacturer and got it taken care of. We are very happy. Would recommend to everyone!
