My experience with Made in the Shade Reno was top-notch. Sheri, Tiffany, and Morgan were friendly, professional, and thorough. I have used other window treatment companies in the past, and I have never had such amazing service. My shades came in quickly, the installers were on time, friendly, organized, neat, and explained in detail how to use them. I had follow up communications with the staff, as well. I highly recommend Made in the Shade Reno. They are the only company I will use in the future.

I worked with Made in the Shade to get a window covering to protect my all wood bar top in our pool room. The room is stylized in mid century modern tiki so it needed to have the right aesthetic to match. Working with Tiffany was so fun and easy, she was so patient with my crazy schedule and house full of dogs barking doing everything they could to cause chaos during the appointments.
