Amazing customer service from first call to exceptional and patient explanation of options. But the highlight was the friendly, upbeat, professional installation team. The true colors of a company show when something doesn’t go as planned. Here, Sherie shines with grace and professionalism. Amazing experience. I highly recommend Made in the Shade!

Made in the Shade reps were very patient with all our questions and concerns, were able to provide their opinion on what we needed, along with specs on which shades would be most aesthetically pleasing, keep the heat out, and still be able to enjoy the amazing view our windows offer in our conference room. Sheri and her team were amazing! We ordered several sets of shades that perfectly matched the color and size we needed. It's difficult for me to give them a full 5 stars. Although we had a generally positive experience, their product quality control could use improvement. During nearly every installation (we had 2-3), we encountered issues with broken, bent, missing, or incorrect pieces upon arrival.
