Kristi was wonderful ! She’s professional and personable. She showed up on time and her quote was very reasonable. I decided to break up the window treatments into rooms. I just had my plantation shutters installed in the front of the home and they are gorgeous ! Can’t wait to start my master bedroom next ! Highly recommended!

There was a mix-up with our original order and the wrong shades were installed, but they handled it so professionally—reordered the correct ones, installed them at no extra cost, and even let us keep the original shades, which happened to fit perfectly in another room. 5 stars because the price was AMAZING! I received 4 quotes for shutters and Made in the Shade Plano was by far the most economical. I will say, our shutters were supposed to be ready in 8 weeks, and it was an additional 4 weeks past that. I did receive 2 messages alerting me that the shutters would be late, but they were brief and never explained why the shutters were so delayed; my husband and I were left to speculate.
