5 stars because the price was AMAZING! I received 4 quotes for shutters and Made in the Shade Plano was by far the most economical. I will say, our shutters were supposed to be ready in 8 weeks, and it was an additional 4 weeks past that. I did receive 2 messages alerting me that the shutters would be late, but they were brief and never explained why the shutters were so delayed; my husband and I were left to speculate.
