The entire process was very easy. My window treatments are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They arrived when promised and professionally installed. They probably cost a bit more than the big box stores but the quality of the product and efficiency of the process were well worth it.

Made in the Shade of Lancaster is a great company. Christa came to my home with numerous samples and options for new shades for my great room. She was so easy to work with and discussed the pros and cons of various styles making it much easier to choose. She measured my windows (this is a room with a very high ceiling), and went through color options, etc. When my shades came in, they scheduled an installation time and Kim did a fabulous job with the installation.
