EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE: While this dealer (Michelle) presents herself well at our consult, she was less than professional when we asked for a competitive discount - she got offended ! That was the first passive aggressive email she sent us. Subsequently, after she ghosted us for 2 days - then came another passive aggressive email, this one, even more unprofessional than the first. The Eastlands did an incredible job installing shades on every window of our cabin. Always dependable and accurate and lovely to work with. Will definitely use them again and again!!
Very client driven! Excellent Customer Service! Professional, yet very personable! Because we knew exactly what we wanted, starting with Michelle coming to the house to measure, and order, to Tanner & Michelle coming to install, our 3 panel slider with Alta Roller Shades w/power wand took them, [excluding the making of the shades, and delivery; 2 weeks] less than an hour and half. In today's world, extremely fast and professionally done...with big smiles, on both ends
