Absolutely loved my experience! I couldn’t be happier with my new shutters and top-down/bottom-up shades. The team was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable. Everything was done exactly as promised, with great attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Jen was great to work with selecting the patterns and helping pick the product. That was the highlight of the entire experience. We went with Made in the Shade because their product would allow a flush installation with the depth of our windows. Installation was a nightmare. I ordered roller shades in Feb, they attempted installation in late April but one of the cassettes was round instead of square. I also had to ask the installer to go back and install the shades so they were flush, which is the whole reason I ordered from... read more
Shade is beautiful. Works great. Installation crew did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company if you have a sun problem on your porch. Thanks Michael Alex and Gus for the great job.
I don’t even know where to start! EVERY aspect of our experience was exceptional! We had two rooms with a tricky configuration. I knew what I wanted,, and Jen, Carrie, Josh, Gus, and Raul brought it to life! This group/company is the best. I shopped around, and when others said no way..can’t be done, Made in the Shade said YES..we can do that! Thank you for the wonderful experience, your professionalism, and making my home look so good! Can’t wait to do more!
