I don’t even know where to start! EVERY aspect of our experience was exceptional! We had two rooms with a tricky configuration. I knew what I wanted,, and Jen, Carrie, Josh, Gus, and Raul brought it to life! This group/company is the best. I shopped around, and when others said no way..can’t be done, Made in the Shade said YES..we can do that! Thank you for the wonderful experience, your professionalism, and making my home look so good! Can’t wait to do more!
Honest great service and products. Very pleased with Made in the shade. Michael did great with the sales and the installers did a marvelous job as well. This is what customer service should look like.
Our experience with Made in the Shade was wonderful from the start. Michael Hart was a great Design Consultant. I love someone who will offer their opinion when you ask them for it, and Michael did that. The fabric shades in our dining area are beautiful and just what was needed in that area. His measurements for the shutters in our master bedroom and guest bedroom were “spot on” for a great fit. I also thought our installer Paulie was top notch.
Michael was great in showing us all the available options. Our installation was also smooth and we love the end result.
I can’t say enough about the experience I had with this company. From Jen who came and figured out what would be best to Raul who installed it. Everyone was professional and competent. I will use them again.
