I am revising my previous review. We had a plexiglass wall installed by this company and unfortunately the plexiglass started to bend. They recently came out and assessed the wall and came up with a solution to prevent the plastic from bending. Shortly after their assessment they installed the necessary reinforcement and space to allow the plexiglass to expand without warping. I knocked off a star since it took the owner awhile to respond to the issue but I appreciate the follow through with solving and fixing the problem. H... read more
Best service. My awnings were installed 6 months ago at my office. I love them. Very professional company to work with. One day I noticed the side had been tagged. A white paint on the black awning. I tried cleaning it with all kinds of removing solvents with no avail. I reached out to Trey the owner for some guidance. He must have heard the frustration in my voice and offered to replace the side panel for free. FREE? NOTHINGS FREE RIGHT? He had his crew out 2 days later replacing the panel and there was no charge.
