A Piece of Oregon I shop at Made in Oregon for unique wedding and holiday gifts. For a cousin's wedding, I sent the couple a pendleton throw handcrafted in Oregon. I think it is a nice gift to someone who has not been here to share a part of our great state. There are all sorts of gifts, clothings, foods, books and ornaments to select from. everything Oregon! This store has everything Oregon! Picture books, foods, textiles. They carry Pendleton blankets, jams, jellies, cheeses, myrtle wood items (Myrtle wood is only found in OR and Israel), calnders, pictures, postcards. They also carry the famous Margaret Furlong angels made out of shell shapes--they have a large amount of her collection to choose from. Great for gifts for anyone, at any time.
too high priced You would think that if the items are made in Oregon, they might be at reasonable prices. Most things in that store are so high priced that I usually end up going elsewhere for my purchases.
Very Nice I think that this is a very nice store, I would have to recommend it to everyone. I think that the prices are great and the service is always execellent. I also like that they will ship anything, for example my mom lives in Michigan and can not get Tilamock cheese so they can ship it to her with other items that I choose.
Great specialty gift shop I like to shop at the made in oregon store for gifts. I really don't shop there for myself. They have a great selection of products ranging from food, wine, beer, to handmade throws and decorative items. You can easily make a gift basket that has a meaning and a theme. It is also easy to shop here for a person you may not know very well. The theme could be all made in Oregon and you can just put anything in to the basket or gift.
