Ngoc was an absolutely amazing hair and makeup artist! She and her team helped make our special day even more memorable. She looked out for me on the day, making sure everything was perfect. I recently book with Ngoc for Special Occassion makeup to attend a family members wedding and by the end of it, I walked out of the salon feeling so put together and glamorous.
