Was referred to Maddy's by our property manager for a rental of ours in Chandler. Our property manager said they had done a good job for her in the past so we switched so she could manage the pool service and we didn't have to. Big mistake! The following happened: 1.) Maddy's apparently was sold. 2.) they showed up at the property and apparently had discovered $300 in repairs.
