Over the last 20 years we have bought, sold and built 7 different homes. And I can definitively say that our most recent build and buy with Maddyn Homes has been by far the best experience we have ever had. It really comes down to two things: 1. The quality of their work and attention to detail is top notch. For example, our builder went over (his) budget on landscaping because he was so passionate about the look (and by the way - didn't pass on the extra charges to us). Kyle Enzler and Madden Homes are great! Their homes are beautiful, and the construction is excellent. Kyle is honest, reasonable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Madden Homes.
Kyle and his awesome team at Maddyn Homes are incredible to work with. From our first conversation I knew I could trust their commitment to their work, craftsmanship and care for every project that they do. I could not recommend them enough. I have personally hired them and worked with them on many projects and builds since our first meeting and have nothing but good things to say. Trust is a huge component to hiring a builder and there is nobody I would trust more then Maddyn homes.
