They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The overall feeling was that I was being rushed through a mill.
Dr Maddur is an excellent gastroenterologist. He is knowledgable on the most current treatments. He made sure every question I had was answered. He does not mind explaining about the diagnosis and treatment. Feel free to ask him to repeat something if you don't understand. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
