Awesome! Was looking for a replacement fender and some decals for my bike, and found Madd Parts online. Was able to call and order the parts I needed, and they arrived to my doorstep in 3 days. Helpful folks, reasonable pricing, fast shipping, and the right parts. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks!
Absolutely rude and unprofessional customer service. MadParts claims that the carrier was unable to deliver and that somehow it was my fault. It took weeks for them to ship the part and when I didn't see their email for two days, they said I was too slow to respond so the item would be returned. You will most likely get faster shipping and better service from China.
Horrible customer service, shipping takes forever. You be better off ordering from China if you need the part sooner
Have placed three orders. They have most OEM Kawasaki parts, ships out pretty quick and everything has been packed good too. Overall very pleased with Madd parts.
