If I could give zero stars, I would. My camper was in their possession for over six months. I initially brought it in for a simple water leak, but they identified numerous other problems instead of fixing the leak. When I questioned this, they claimed they tested the camper by hooking it up to water for the weekend and found no leak—yet, upon my first trip out after six months, the water was leaking in the same location as before. Craig, Jade, Burt, George, and the entire staff are wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and fair. My wife and I have bought our last 4 or 5 vehicles from Maddox and won't shop anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend them!
Wow, I called and spoke to the receptionist, I’m trying to get some help with my Forest River trailer. Asking for technical information and she hangs up on me. Very rude person would never deal with this company.!!! -10 stars if I could
