I had the pleasure of working with Jim regarding a car purchase. Super nice guy - very friendly, personable, and really knew his stuff. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. Jim took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and didn't rush the process. He even filled up my gas tank before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend Maddox.
Bought a 2026 Durango with 4 miles on it, now has 2k, it can't keep it's adaptive cruise on for an hour straight. Been in shop for bumper reinforcement, no help. Took it to Reganis in Scottsbluff ne. Stayed in waiting room for 4 hours before anyone even talked to me, the another 3hrs. just to be told, "maybe it needs another bracket on the bumper." If you plan on buying a 2026 dodge or jeep, don't just dodge it..RUN!. I can't wait to get to Cheyenne and give it away to the Hyundai dealer there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My camper was in their possession for over six months. I initially brought it in for a simple water leak, but they identified numerous other problems instead of fixing the leak. When I questioned this, they claimed they tested the camper by hooking it up to water for the weekend and found no leak—yet, upon my first trip out after six months, the water was leaking in the same location as before. Craig, Jade, Burt, George, and the entire staff are wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and fair. My wife and I have bought our last 4 or 5 vehicles from Maddox and won't shop anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend them!
