Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Answering all my questions and referrals for extra parts for my RV that was damaged by someone who didn't bother to leave a note. Very thankful for their help and highly recommend their services.
Good
What a great experience! I'd give more stars if I could! Jim was amazing to work with!! We bought a 2016 Colorado and it is perfect. I highly recommend Maddox Motor Co.
I had the pleasure of working with Jim regarding a car purchase. Super nice guy - very friendly, personable, and really knew his stuff. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. Jim took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and didn't rush the process. He even filled up my gas tank before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend Maddox.
Bought a 2026 Durango with 4 miles on it, now has 2k, it can't keep it's adaptive cruise on for an hour straight. Been in shop for bumper reinforcement, no help. Took it to Reganis in Scottsbluff ne. Stayed in waiting room for 4 hours before anyone even talked to me, the another 3hrs. just to be told, "maybe it needs another bracket on the bumper." If you plan on buying a 2026 dodge or jeep, don't just dodge it..RUN!. I can't wait to get to Cheyenne and give it away to the Hyundai dealer there.
