They serviced my General Liability, Workers Comp, Surety Bond, and Builders Risk policies for one year. As long as you are paying the premiums there are no questions asked. However if you need answers, problem solving, or solutions the road stops there. I was offered a policy if I renewed prior to the policy ending and refused. After that it went down hill, I would Not recommend this experience to anyone.
