Had a new units installed to replace old worn out units. Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job that included moving the big unit to another side of the house. The 2 men on the install team were knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was cleaned and replaced when the job was completed. Their price was good and assisted with a one year no interest loan. I recommend this company for all your future AC or Heating needs.
Called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning after a home inspection found an issue with one of my HVAC systems. They sent someone out the same day. The service tech was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He discovered right away that the issue was just a missing connection, fixed it and conducted a seasonal inspection on both units. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tech was very thorough, with checking and cleaning and doing minor maintenance. He explained everything he did and noted it all on the invoice clearly. He did a great job with our older furnace. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
I called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning because they are a dealer for my brand of furnace and offered a great promotion when I needed a tune-up for my new house's furnace. The technician, Jeff, who came to service my furnace impressed me greatly. He was extremely knowledgeable about my equipment, thorough, and professional. He took the time to answer all of my inquiries and provide an explanation of his service. In the spring, I will call them again for AC service.
