Used Dr. Maddox for a telehealth visit and kept running in circles with her. Useless...
I used a Telehealth visit. Dr. Maddox reviewed my symptoms, asked a few clarifying questions and quickly identified what she believes to be the problem as well as sent in my prescription. She also let me know of symptoms to watch out for in case my condition worsened and what to do if that was the case. I am very happy with the way that she responded and would recommend her as a great Telehealth doctor.
She is very friendly and makes visits very comfortable. She listens and has really great knowledge. She is open to alternative ways of healing such as natural remedies.
