First and last time to Maddock to get my dads Rolex watch to get cleaned and also fitted. They said they would give a quote before they started the cleaning and look over the watch. They eye balled the links needed to be removed and assured me everything will be taken care of. They called two weeks later, which is fine since I'm usually working. Went in and found they lost the Rolex links and passed it off as oh no worries we will find it some where and its not really needed now since they took the links out to fit my wrist.... read more
