Madison Row South offers a stunning selection of dresses and an incredibly attentive staff. Lindsey was amazing—she guided me through countless add-ons, from a large bow to a mantilla veil, making the entire process seamless. They took a major task off my plate, and I can’t imagine myself in any other dress. The experience was truly unforgettable!

Amazing!! A must visit! I traveled from Chicago just to try on dresses here in Charleston and this was one of my favorite boutiques. The whole experience was amazing and all credited to Lissie! She made the experience so much fun and less stressful. I didn’t have much of an idea of what I wanted but Lissie helped narrow down my search and truly made me feel comfortable. I tried on dresses I never would have thought of and ended up loving! I was so glad I came and can’t recommend it enough!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! It was a terrible experience. The individual helping me was very rude and unprofessional. My experience was negative even starting with our first interaction. The sales individual made me feel unwelcome, asked my budget in front of my entire party, and made inappropriate comments about my weight. They made me feel like a burden for wanting to try multiple styles. YOU MUST REQUEST LISSIE! Oh my gosh. I can't speak highly enough of this experience and Maddison Row. I was so nervous to start my dress journey and frankly didn't have a super strong handle on what I was looking for. Lissie not only made the whole process extremely easy, but truly fun.
