Amazingly talented group of stylists who feel like family. Dane has found his footing as owner (had such big shoes to fill after all) and Deanna and co.are always so reliable and pleasant to be around.
Had a cut from Meaghan who was fantastic and did a fabulous job! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I used to attend Sassoon in Toronto then moved to Hamilton, Meaghan gave a high quality cut! Absolutely have found my new salon and stylist - thank you Meaghan and everyone!

Received haircut about a month ago; third time attending this place. I had very long hair, down to my lower back... I specifically asked for a small trim and clean up of edges because I was still growing it out. I left with my hair at my bust. I easily lost about 5-6" of hair in a single "trim". Heartbroken. During this visit, for my wash, cut and dry (no styling done or offered) my service to be completed was almost three hours long as my stylist explained numerous times that they had an error in their scheduling and she wa... read more
David is THE person to go to if you ever need a wash/blow dry service. From the scalp massage (best I've had) to the attention to detail with the final results of the blowout, all in all 5 stars doesn't do the quality of this experience justice.
